Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to open an account on jeli is 21. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account. jeli may at any time request relevant documents to verify age.

2.2 Registration Process

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

Full name (as per national ID card or passport)
Active mobile number
Correct date of birth
Number linked to your preferred payment method

Providing false or incorrect information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any winnings.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or residential address. Attempting to open multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse, and all associated accounts will be closed.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your jeli account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You must not give any third party access to your account.

Use a strong password — combine letters, numbers, and special characters.
Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
If you forget your password, use the official reset process.

jeli will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused entirely by a fault on the platform's part.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

jeli currently supports transactions through the following mobile financial services:

Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
Upay — Mobile wallet service of UCB Bank

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay in processing your deposit, please contact our support team.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount for all payment methods is ৳500. After submitting a withdrawal request, processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals.
Withdrawals will be sent only via the same method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
jeli reserves the right to carry out additional verification procedures for suspicious transactions.

Note: At the time of withdrawal, your account must have a sufficient verified balance and all wagering requirements for any associated bonus must be fully met.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at jeli, you will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you an additional ৳1,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

A bonus applies only to the account it was issued to.
Each promotion may have a specific validity period, which will be stated on the promotions page.
Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
jeli reserves the right to change promotion terms or cancel a promotion at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

jeli's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can move up from one tier to a higher tier based on regular play. The weekly cashback rate differs by tier.

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Gaming Rules

All games available on jeli — slots, fishing, card games, live casino, and sports betting — are governed by set rules. The specific rules for each game can be viewed when the game loads.

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Technical Issues

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeli:

Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account

Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
Engaging in fraudulent behavior or harassment toward other users
Using the platform's brand or content without authorization
Operating an account under a false identity

Warning: If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

Limitation of Liability

Although jeli operates as a safe and reliable platform, our liability is limited in the following situations:

Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error
Delays or failures caused by third-party payment service providers
Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, power outages, or internet service disruptions
Game sessions disrupted due to technical issues on the user's device
Third-party hacking or cyber attacks, provided jeli has taken appropriate security measures

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may close their account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. All pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed.

10.2 Suspension by jeli

jeli may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

Serious violation of the terms
Evidence of bonus abuse
Providing false or incomplete information
Suspicion of money laundering
Failure to verify age
Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities

10.3 Balance after suspension

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. However, any valid balance unrelated to the violation will be returned.
